I have a picker with pro 12 heads. Does a great job. Only a few issues. When you get in really good cotton (3 bales +) it seems to have a harder time with it than a Pro 16.
The other issue I have with them is repair related. When you hit a rock and damage the cage, much harder to find a used cage around, than it is for a Pro 16 which are much more common. I know this from expereience.
