We plumbed my parents house with pex. Ran poly pipe sleeves under the slab foundation and pulled pex through the poly before we poured. 3/4" pex was a little tight through 1 1/4" poly when it was cold.
I use Uponor products and have been really happy with their system on the two houses I've done with radiant and domestic water
