NW IL | If a DOT cors network is not available in your area, take a look at www.mywayrtk.com I'm not sure exactly where you are located but they show coverage in eastern Nebraska.
As far as cost is concerned, there is a fee of ~$5000 to unlock the ParaDyme to RTK. You need to unlock it regardless if you use a radio base station or CORS service. If you want to access GLONASS the unlock is ~$1750.
