As most everyone has said, it's a free trial of a program that can do a lot more than make pretty pictures.
It's like comparing use of an old-school globe to that of Google maps. Do you want a static picture (globe) that shows you something but that's it, or do you want to zoom in, get directions, see dynamic background images, use Google Street view, etc.
SMS basic free trial unlimited?
