n.c.iowa | a lot of thought provoking statements there herbie,and I agree.in my mind it's kinda like which came first,the chicken or egg?if you don't charge for support,how are you going to afford the person that this industry requires.if you charge for support the person that answers that phone had better be plugged in,and able to solve any and all problems in a concise and efficient manner. in my dealings this is kinda a hit or miss scenario. i'am seeing somewhat of a backlash against some of the precision stuff just because of the fiasco the service end can become sometimes. |
