Alden and Osage, IA		It depends solely on the dealer.

Some dealers have different levels of Support Agreements for X amount of calls and X amount of visits.

Some dealers charge per visit or in time increments for phone support.

Some dealers don't charge for phone support but may charge for on farm visits.


Again it really depends on your local dealers.
