I agree with Steved on the heliax. 7/8 inch would be best but it is expensive. Sometimes you can find used on Ebay. You could use LMR400 for very short runs if you need to have sharp bends as the Heliax is very stiff. 

From the specs you gave on the antenna you will need N connectors.

Throw away the cb coax you have. It will be very lossy and you will lose a lot of power by the time it gets to the antenna. The modern coax is much better!
