Looks too small for basketball, so volleyball inside, air it up some and tap on creases with a rubber mallet.  Or make a half moon out of pipe with a scissor jack.  Or weld the head of a bolt on in the deep part and use a channel running with the tube with a hole in it.  That will take the longest with those dents.
