Midwest | You should be able to import it if you're on v13. Go to Read Files>Generic>3D Surface Files and it's the list in the image. I've imported some from IA and it worked very well. Lots and lots of data points but that's what Lidar is...so clip it to your boundary so you're not importing extra data.
