Midwest | Did you use the CD to update or download from the web? Also, I'm hoping you made a backup in v12.6 before doing the update? As long as you've done that you can pretty much start with a fresh install normally. Uninstall, install from either source again. If you're doing the download, make sure your Antivirus and all that is turned off so it doesn't block something necessary for the install. Same can be said for some systems during the install. | |
