Subject: Re: ammonium sulfate for high ph soils

My first thought at trying something for that farm was gypsum. The guy that I was going to purchase it from sat down with me and he had concluded that I was better off going with ammonium sulfate over the gypsum after looking at the grid samples and doing some sampling of his own.

Hay Wilson would you say I would be better off going with the AMS vs broadcast p&k? My thoughts were to use the AMS then band in p in the starter fert. To support the plant early on.
