If you follow the power cables from the display cable back to the power source (varies by installation, typically goes to the battery) and look at the fuses, that indicates what power you have.

A common power cable has a 5 amp fuse for display/CANbus/GPS power, and a 15 amp fuse for guidance/steering power (not used if you don't have a steering setup). This cable is NOT sufficient, as it has no implement power.

A seed command installation should use a power cable that is called "H.C. Power". It a 30 amp fused circuit that feeds the first implement power circuit, in addition to the 5 and 15 amp fused circuits. This is the correct power cable.

There is an additional cable, called the Multiple Module power cable. It is a separate cable, used in addition to the above cable, that powers the second 30 amp circuit in the implement cable. Technically speaking, this cable is not explicitly necessary, unless you have 3 or more modules on your planter. This cable is optional in an Ag Leader installation, and must be ordered extra if you are going to need it. Kinze includes this cable (almost the same, different part number, and the cable is longer, but functionally identical) in the standard cab cable kit.
If your installation has 4 fused power lines (5, 15, 30 and another 30), then your tractor should be fully powered for any Ag Leader implement. If it has 3 fuses (5, 15, and 30) then it only has power on one of the two implement power circuits. This is very common. If it has 2 fuses, it has insufficient cabling to power an implemen.

The two circuits in the Implement cable can be identified by the color of the connectors on both ends of the cable. In back, at the modules, on the planter side, and in front of the implement cable connector on the tractor side. The first circuit has gray connectors. The second circuit has black connectors. Ag Leader's method for configuring a two module setup is to plug both modules into the gray circuit, and leave the black circuit unpowered. The factory configuration of the Kinze planters is to use both cables (even though one is sufficient to carry the load). From time to time this issue comes up when planters equipped from Kinze are hooked up to tractors equipped from Ag Leader.
If this is in fact the issue, this can be resolved by adding the second power cable to the tractor, or by plugging both modules on the planter into the gray circuit.
