Amherst WI | I am on my second blu jet at3000. The one that I have now had stainless steel bolts on the coulters, they would shake loose constantly. I ended up taking them all off and using grade 8 bolts that I double nutted and used red loctite.
I don't think I will be buying another blu jet. I was beyond ticked that I had all these issues and because i was screwing around with it I lost a custom job because the corn got too tall.
I'm real tempted to just set up my patriot to do the same thing and not have coulters and knives to wear out.
