Don't believe there is a conversion made. I would just trade both when you switch, don't think you will have any problem getting rid of the Deere draper. I think your choices for draper are limited. Besides Case, the other choice is 9250 dynaflex draper (Gleaner or Massey the same). It is a much better mate for the case combine. On my terrain, which sounds similar to yours, it is a MUCH better head. Not even close, because it is a flex cutterbar (like the Deere), where the MacDon is a fixed cutterbar/ flex head. The Deeres have forward tilt on the combine, the case and others have it on the head. Just make sure the Dynaflex has all of the updates.
