If you wanted to steer with your Insight I'm pretty sure you would need to use autopilot and trimble steering components, the Insight is just controlling them. If you were selling it and getting an Integra or Versa then you could use assisted (OnTrac 2+) or hydraulic (GeoSteer or ParaDyme). All of those I've seen do a good job of steering in various machines. You can find used systems for fairly cheap, or go all new and spend quite a good chunk of change. I'd give your local dealer a call and see what they have for new or used, or check online here for starters.
