Hi all,
I purchased the Case IH AFS Desktop Software from my dealership in March of 2013. I tried to install the updated version last week and it gave me an error code "Mapping and Records: out of date CD Key for this version".
I thought that I received 1-year of free updates. Anyone have any ideas? My dealership isn't much help.
