East Central Nebraska | Here are a few expenses that could be added. Professional fees: Laywer, Accountant, Agronomist and Market Advisor. I'm not sure but they may have not included that $50,000 pickup truck in the depreciation. Utilities for that new mega-shop might add a few cents to the breakeven. And don't forget that $75000 of living expense. And of course we need to include income tax especially if a person has been using Sec. 179. That income will have to be taxed someday. I'm sure I forgot some. Hopefully everyone can hold their money together. It won't be easy. | |
