I agree my repair costs are higher - but when you figure their numbers - they are figuring 140,000 depreciation, along with 30,000 in repairs. That's a lot of depreciation (for just 2000 acres) and a ton of repairs - for what I think would be pretty new equipment...
Still seems high to me - but makes for good conversation! :)
