I can tell you from my numbers that their numbers are significantly on the high side in some areas.
There are several estimates they use that fit right with my real numbers from past history (fuel/tires, etc) and fertilizer numbers are close too... but a few of them seem very very high.
One thing though.... So they figure Depreciation at $70/Ac.... But you don't PAY Depreciation - it just happens. So in reality - aren't they putting that $70 back in their pocket right away? That part kind of confused me.
