| My Deere dealer tells me that if I buy the Apex software that it can be installed on multiple computers. I'm not so sure he knows the ins and outs of technology so I wanted to see if anyone here has dealt with a situation like this before I fork over the money and find out he's wrong. I want the Apex on my desktop at home just because it's easier to work with and is more reliable. I would like to use my old laptop to also have the software on for when a few field adjustments need to be done, rather than toting the card all the way back to the house. The laptop wouldn't need the field records I don't think.
Can I buy one license and install it on both computers? My only experience with the Apex was with a neighborhood farmer I used to work for and he constantly had to bring his card back to the house when he realized the prescriptions weren't quite right or he had missed something in the setup, so I'm trying to head off that problem with our operation.
