I just finished mine a couple weeks ago-waiting for dry weather to put it out in the field. I did get it out and test it for a couple short runs in the pasture just to make sure it wasn't binding or anything. Don't forget to tighten the little set screws on each wheel and the upper transmission sprocket. :)

One thing I wasn't clear on was how much pressure to put on the weeks down to drive wheel using that little excentric bushing-I don't have much but all seems to be turning fine.

Did you have a problem getting that transmission sprocket to line up? I had to go buy some washers to replace that 1/2" bushing to move the chain over. No big deal but with the little things that hold the cylinder locked up it was very hard to get that bracket in the proper position.
