Missouri | When you say trucount clutches, do you mean air clutches, or electric clutches?
With air clutches, there are two options to do it all on one screen, with the sensors you already have. The first is an Ag Leader system (utilizing an Ag Leader display), the next is Kinze's ISOBUS system (utilizing your 2630 display). It could control air clutches, and do the seed monitoring, on your 2630 screen, eliminating the need for your KPMIII. A system with integrated monitoring will keep you from having to listen to alarms due to clutched off rows.
With electric clutches (TruCount) it becomes more complicated. 4 Tru Count electric clutches would likely be too high of an electrical load for the ISOBUS system. That doesn't mean it can't be done, but a workaround is necessary, with a means of taking the electrical load off the modules via relays and an extra power supply cable. I'm not aware of a turn key solution to that, but it can be built using relays and harnesses commonly available somewhere like NAPA. | |
