How old is the planter?
Not an expert, but I think they added ISOBus Virtual Terminal compatibility (which is what you'd need to run on a 2630) in the last couple years.
Trucount clutches would take a Deere Rate Controller (Field IQ equivalent basically) and harnesses, and Section Control activation
