Your 750 or 500 could be upgraded to RTK and export to AGPS ditch Pro. You could Topo map the fields design your ditches with GK Technology ADMS and then load this design into AGPS. I feel the best part of this setup is it also shows your depressions. When the scraper is full, you drive to the nearest depression and dump the dirt there.

As far as Laser vs GPS, you will move much less dirt with GPS. Laser is a straight grade, unless you stop and change the grade manually. And you have to calculate all the grades and grade breaks. GPS will calculate the grades and change them automatically.
