Chilliwack BC | We've got a 20'. Ours came with a dolly as it was pulled behind dump trucks.
I put a prince PTO pump on it. eBay has them listed at <$500. A brand hydraulic valve controls the oil flow.

We had the valve lying around so I don't know price. A hydraulic cylinder on the valve handle lets us control it from the cab. I spent more on hoses than anything else. Works great.
