Gerald that posts here has a web page that has a fix for your problem with a check valve that needs to be installed, hopefully he will post. You posted that your tractor is a 67 with a side console which they didn't start making side consoles till late 69 so I'm not sure if his fix will apply to your tractor or not. Might want to post your serial # so we know for sure.
