I have a 16x40 in my building and love it.  Was going to cost a couple thousand more to put in 2 - 20' OH with a moveable center post, which would give up headroom. My other building has a hydralic, but had to be reinforced to accomidate it. If your considerations are price, headroom and load on building, it's the only way to go.  Side note: Had to wait about 3 months to get mine built. They got an order from Uncle Sam that was slid in ahead of mine for 5- 22' x 105' that went to Afganistan. Those had to be impressive.
