Nice graph and all but that's just silly. Some guys/partnerships/companies will get a 400 barrel well on their first try................some will dig 10 dry holes before they get a sniff. Some got their leases acquired early for penny's ............some are paying $1K/acre to get them now. Some bought their own equipment a long time ago..............some are buying new equipment now. Some are using the banks money and need to put on a good show...........some are using daddy's money; whereas, they can do it the most economical way. Sound familiar?

i.e. - C.O.P. is way more spread out for oil producers than even grain producers. And there's not three farmers in the world that can agree on yellow corn C.O.P.............and the black ground will always be farmed no matter what the cash price of yellow corn tends to be. Bonpas SEIL
