tennessee
I have a central boiler dealer within 3 miles of my house and I would have one if not for the initial cost of the unit. They are very expensive. I don't think my payback would be nearly as quick as someone up north where it's much colder. I have propane now and spend about $1,500/yr. for it. The boiler would run about 10 grand last I checked. Would take me about 7 yrs. to get my money back and then there's all the wood to cut or buy. 2,400 sq. ft. house.
