Subject: Re: Outdoor wood furnace?

Fredonia, Kansas. (south east Kansas)
We have a Central Boiler outdoor wood stove with a water to air heat exchanger in our central heat system and just love it!!! We heat our domestic hot water with it also. It is around 90% efficiency. We have had it for 3 seasons now and has paid for itself already. The wife keeps the thermostat at 75 and I never complain. I only have to load it once a day and I can make go 2 days if I have to. It is more expensive than other outdoor boilers but I think it is worth it. We have an e-classic 2400. It is big enough to heat another shop or house if we wanted to.
