swohio | I had a 1066 with IH cab. Redid ac to like what was on 86. Worked great. Was a very good tractor for me. had it for about 16 years. Also used a 1086 for about 10 years. It was new when I got to run it. To me cab was fine and never had issues with doors. Shifting not the best, but never was going between forward and reverse much. For me I got along great with both. However, if you could swing for a 5088 that has been taken care of, that is where I would go. I have a 5288 that is a joy to drive. Have a friend with a 5088 and 5488, likes them very well also. Very good tractors. | |
