Data Management > Delete, then select Grower, then ALL. This will clear (from the internal memory and from the USB if it's installed) all Growers, Farms, Fields, Tasks, swaths, boundaries, and obstacles. Then you can also delete anything else (i.e. Operators) that you'll also plan to export from the desktop.
