I have some used leica mojo base stations that ive setup specifically for this purpose for some guys in iowa. Your on the right track, you need the correct radio to match the base station. I have some radios in weatherproof enclosures that would tie right in with your raven phoenix 300. I can email you some pricing if you'd like?
