Technically using a network can be CORS. CORS is most always accessed via using an NTRIP connection through the internet connection of cell providers. Some companies like DIGIFARM or MyWay RTK utilize their own signal and base station network. OmniSTar and WAAS would be through the Ag Leader receivers as their source of a differential correction and then RTK via NTRIP/CORS or radio base station. John Deere only uses radio base stations for their RTK service, and even then an end user is able to purchase his own Deere base station next to purchasing an RTK subscription for the Deere RTK base station network.
As for autosteer The command center in the tractor I believe is capable of performing autosteer on it's own through the JD autotrac ready system, which means not needing to have another Deere display GS 2630 or whatever but would still need Deere's StarFire 3000 receiver
