Open up the email you sent from your phone.  Then you need to right click on the attachment in the "attachment" box on the top under Subject.  Click on "save as" and then the next screen will say where you want to save it to.  also on the bottom it will say "file name" and that is where you need to put in ".jpg" instead of ".jpeg"
