You will need to accurately measure your distances to get your booms to stop and start at the correct time. I like to install the liquid control module out of the weather if possible, at least on the bottom or side of a something to minimize the water footprint when it rains.


It would seem that mounting the modules upside down would be the best solution for the water footprint. I was told at an Ag Leader class that mounting them sidewise was actually better. They claimed that by mounting them upside down that the water could weep around the connectors more so than if mounted sidewise.
