Assuming it's an Outback display, you'd use a 9 pin to 9 pin serial cable connected to the serial port on the OB and to the serial port on the back of the Pro 700. Go to the NMEA settings screen on the Outback and set baud to 19200 and both the GGA and VTG at 5 hz. Then you'll use RS232-B in the Pro 700.
