A while back someone asked about editing a manual documentation layer in Apex. I had never thought about entering applications I have hired into Apex so I could do reports on those inputs. I looked a little bit last night, but couldn't see how to enter a manual documentation layer. Nor could I find the term in the Apex User Guide. How do you enter an operation manually?
