I think what he was trying to say is that at higher speeds, it is more difficult for the system to achieve or maintain the desired position, not that rtk loses accuracy. At 1.5" accuracy or better, we are probably at the point were the ability of the system to anticipate and make the necessary steering adjustments to maintain the desired heading, esp at higher speeds, is the limiting factor.
