Subject: Re: John Deere 7200r vs 7930 vs 8130

Been in your shoes and we have a 7215R, 8130, 8230 etc. We have really liked the 8's and we have had good luck with our 7215, some have not ours was one deere had to split and redo the tranny bearings on it but its been great since then. One thing is the weight on these tractors your 7r and 8's will weigh in at 23-25k depending on weights and the 7930 is in the 17-18k range for us we are going the lighter route and have a 6210R and possibly a 7830 on the way. Out of all of them if I had to have one it would be the 7215R mainly for the cab layout and its just a nice tractor to run.
