Are you using the PF90350 harness? If you are you may be connecting the harness at the receiver backwards, (I have got caught on this) the male end of the PF90350 harness needs to go to the receiver harness, so you may need a female to female adapter harness, with a iTC reciever likely you have dual ends on the receiver harness so you would not need the adapter in that case.
