Subject: Field IQ and 12v flow meter

I'm wiring up a field IQ with the generic in cab cable kit using Cable assembly 84026.
My flowmeter is a Hypro Orion flowmeter which needs a 12v supply but the flow meter power supply on the loom is 5v. Can I use one of the 12v pressure sensor power feeds or would I be best using the high current power supply?
