I just advertised on Craigslist and had interested buyers in 24 hours. I would not let them do any work on the property, we even loaded their trailer(s)
They were willing to pay for all the labor to take them down (they were given an estimate before any work started)
On the second one we were efficient enough that I was able to pay all the help, college kids, and have enough cash left over to have a blast on a bachelors' party trip in Vegas
Whatever you do, DO NOT store the material, you'll never get enough out of it to make it worthwile |
