The Deere Rate controller and rowcommand won't work on a Pro 700. You need a 2600 or 2630 for those and a swathcontrol activation to make it work.
If you already have GPS autosteer on the tractor, you should be able feed that into the 2630. There are some threads on this forum that deal with that as well.
