From what I understand there are two components needed to create your own cellular based reference station:

1. Hardware: If your base has serial output you will need a serial to Ethernet converter (or serial over Ethernet). If your base has an Ethernet port output I think you are good to go. Some bases have built in NTRIP servers that you simply connect to the internet via ethernet.

2. Software: You need to have some server that your base connects to. Do a search for "NTRIP Caster".

One possible Windows option: http://lefebure.com/software/ntripcaster/
One possible Android option: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru0xdc.rtkgps&hl=en

Disclaimer: I have not setup or used any of the above listed items. It is on my list this winter to experiment with and see if I can set something up on my own.

Personally I currently use Ag Leader ParaDymes (using built in cell modem) and MyWayRTK for cellular correction. I have also successfully used Lances Android NTRIP software on my cell phone. Overall, everything works "great", however when it doesn't work, it can be frustrating to troubleshoot. Is it the receiver?, the cell modem? MyWay Server? Local MyWayRTK base station?
