| Simplest thing to do is download the free demo of Apex from StellarSupport. There's not a way to export all your data off the display and then delete documentation just leaving the "set-up" files. Use an empty USB, make sure to reformat it before using it. Export all data off display then unload it into to Apex, then Save only the set-up files back to the USB to be put back onto the display.
