I don't think the modem is necessarily the issue. I've got a Geosteer system out there that routinely took 10 to 15 minutes to get a differential signal on WAAS (is it right to use the term "convergence" for that? not sure...) I very nearly attempted to run it on a GPS1500. I don't know if that would have been possible, but the GPS1500 is always quick to reacquire a differential signal. | |
