Missouri
You could, but you will have unresolvable problems. With the clutching system and the monitoring systems separated like that, there will be no way to prevent the monitor system from alarming every time a row clutches off. You're best bet will be to set up the whole planter for ISOBUS, or for Ag Leader. Since you already have an Ag Leader display, why not equip the entire planter with Ag Leader controls. Kinze planters can be equipped with Ag Leader modules for use on an Ag Leader Display, or equipped with ISO modules for use with any ISOBUS display (TC support in display software required for automatic functions). The costs, and capabilities, of each system are comparable

I don't see what you would stand to gain by adding the STMM. The ISO PMM monitors skips, doubles, and singulation quality, and it's integrated with the clutching system, such that row not planting due to being clutched out, will not alarm on the monitor.

You can add hydraulic drive, and it can be controlled by the ISO modules on the planter.
