ECND | btruck I don't mean to sound like I know what I'm talking about but we just bought a used 608C this fall and had the same issue. (straggler stalks getting hung up at the back of the deck plate). I noticed the previous owner had gapped the deck plates wrong, he had them set up wide in the front and narrow at the back. We put them narrow at the front and wider at the back and the problem went away. (never had a single stalk hang up the rest of harvest)......... Maybe your stalk rolls are wore out...... then just disregard this message. Darren | |
