I'm lucky when I know 1 month ahead of time what tractor does what job. We got nice 650/65R42 tires for a TM190 so it could carry some weight with the draghose reels and still cut hay and not be too wide for the barns with the TMR mixer. The 8120 cut all the hay and the JD 7210 got new tires and uses duals to carry the draghose reels. trading tractors takes less than a month sometimes if we really need something so buying tires years ahead is impossible.
